The goal.

A large B2B hardware manufacturing business was using static PDF catalogs, resulting in lack of insights, a poor customer experience, and a clunky ordering process. The challenge.

To transform the large print catalog, which was made up of thousands of pages, with no digital catalog edition, into an interactive and digitally optimized experience.

The results.

As well as generating great results in viewership and time spent in the catalogs, the digital catalog edition allowed for a much simpler and smoother path to purchase; instead of a customer having to go between the PDF and the website to enquire or place an order, they could browse and shop directly from it. The flexibility of digital catalogs was also a welcome change, meaning last minute amendments or updates could easily be made.
