A large B2B hardware manufacturing business was using static PDF circulars, resulting in lack of insights, a poor shopper experience, and a clunky ordering process. They wanted to turn these around and provide a much better user experience that would allow shoppers to buy from the circular and integrate with their exisiting ecommerce, and generate insights on those browsing and shopping.
To transform the large print circular, which was made up of thousands of pages, with no digital circular edition, into an interactive and digitally optimized experience.
As well as generating great results in viewership and time spent in the circulars, the digital circular edition allowed for a much simpler and smoother path to purchase; instead of a shopper having to go between the PDF and the website to enquire or place an order, they could browse and shop directly from it. The flexibility of digital circular was also a welcome change, meaning last minute amendments or updates could easily be made.
