Greg leads the team at Red Pepper, bringing 20 years of experience working with marketing teams of global retailers to deliver sales and promotional campaigns. Over this time, Greg has spent more than 10 years developing digital publishing and data solutions for retailers across Australasia, North America, the UK and Europe. Greg's core focus is on strategy, client outcomes, operational delivery and product development. Away from work, you'll most often find him involved with his kid's sporting activities such as cricket and hip hop (though the hip hop isn't really his forte...) and occasionally fitting in a game of golf.
Head of Global Revenue
Joining in 2017 as a founding product manager of Red Pepper, Hamish is a key member of the team, leading the global sales strategy and focussing on client engagement, global data insights and future product enhancements. With a wealth of experience working with retailers and their digital presence for over 13 years, specialising in digital catalogs for the past 8, Hamish is fascinated with consumer behaviour, understanding insights and building strategy to increase ROI.
SVP, Sales - North America
Tim joined us at the start of 2021, to manage the continued expansion of Red Pepper's presence in North America. While he is a newbie to the Red Pepper team, he's definitely not a newbie when it comes to digital publishing and developing mobile solutions, bringing with him more than 12 years of industry experience. Tim is a family man who recently moved from St. Louis to Atlanta, Georgia to be nearer to his adult kids and escape the ice, but the move hasn't changed where his loyalties lie - he's definitely still a STL Cardinals fan!
Technology & Customer Experience Director - The VMG Group
Alison oversees product development, technology and development teams for Red Pepper and The VMG Group. Joining us in 2019, Alison has been instrumental in accelerating Red Pepper’s technology and development roadmap, playing an integral role in the success of the solution. Outside of work, Alison is on the Board of the organization ‘Reach Out Foundation’, which is Australia’s leading online mental health organization for young people and their parents.
GM Operations - The VMG Group
Akila has set up and been heading The VMG Group’s operational base in Chennai for the past 6 years, leading channel deliveries, product quality and operational efficiency across four continents. An integral member of the team, Akila helped to build Red Pepper from the ground up, providing the knowledge and insights that were key in launching VMG’s ambitious plans in the digital media space.
Joe joined Red Pepper in early 2021, bringing with him 16 years experience in the publishing, premedia and creative production space. Responsible for Red Pepper's client services and production in Chennai, Joe focusses on service delivery, operations and project management. Outside of work, you'll find him with his family or playing sports.
Having joined Red Pepper in 2020, Sam is our digital reporting expert, engaging with key clients for their digital content and working closely with the sales team in supporting the day to day operations. With a solutions-focussed and friendly approach, Sam brings with her 5 years experience in digital support, and more than 15 years of administration experience.
Tessa joined the Red Pepper team in 2020 having just moved back to New Zealand, after nearly 4 years of living in London and travelling. An energetic, creative and passionate marketer, Tessa is responsible for driving Red Pepper’s digital and content strategies. Outside of office hours, she’ll almost always be found cooking, baking and recipe testing.
