Greg leads the team at Red Pepper, bringing 20 years of experience working with marketing teams of global retailers to deliver sales and promotional campaigns. Over this time, he spent 10 years developing digital and data solutions for retailers across Australasia, US, UK and Europe. His core focus is strategy, client outcomes, operational delivery and product development.

Joining in 2017 as a founding product manager of Red Pepper, Hamish is a key member of the team, leading the global sales strategy and focussing on client engagement, global data insights and future product enhancements. With a wealth of experience working with retailers and their digital presence for over 13 years, specialising in digital catalogs for the past 8, Hamish is fascinated with consumer behaviour, understanding insights and building strategy to increase ROI. He enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams and a glass of bourbon to relax.

Akila has set up and has been heading Red Pepper’s operations at Chennai since its inception. Known for her focus on improving operational capability by not only identifying prospective areas of operational excellence, but also supporting the team by doing quality manpower recruitment, Akila is truly the face of Red Pepper. She also believes in employee training and on-going development through OJT and has an unassuming and easily approachable style of leadership that is unique.

Chitra joined the Red Pepper team in December 2018. She has immense experience in customer management and client relationship building and is also responsible for handling the client servicing team that services customers across three time zones (AUS, NZ & US). Chitra has not only successfully structured and developed the Client Servicing department for the Red Pepper but has also a great product mastery and constantly endeavours to impart quality training on the job to her people.

Joe joined Red Pepper in early 2021, bringing with him 16 years’ experience in the publishing, premedia and production of creative assets. Responsible for Red Pepper's production team in Chennai, Joe focuses on service delivery, operations and people management. Outside of work, you'll find him with his family or playing sports.

Karishma is our marketing executive, coordinating all marketing efforts including content creation, website management, paid media and lead generation. Her goal is to expand and enhance Red Pepper’s online presence to drive inbound leads. Bit of a travel addict, she spent five years exploring South East Asia before joining us. When she’s not working, you can find her cooking desi food, reading comic books and snuggling with her cat.

Our latest recruit Kate, brings 10 years of account management and sales experience to Red Pepper. Having worked extensively with marketing teams in the media industry, she now uses her expertise to look after our clients in Australasia by building strong partnerships that deliver real business solutions. She’s also a food connoisseur who likes to indulge in wine tasting every now and then.

Roshan brings 7 years of experience in product domain to Red Pepper.Having worked extensively in media,finance and inventorymanagement platforms,he has been leading the productmanagement goals for Red Pepper since 2021. Roshan loves gathering insights, defining problems and delivering solutions which delight. He is a firm believer that companies of all sizes can deliver amazing value by listening to users and creating teams to meet their needs. 

Michael oversees invoicing for Red Pepper as well as processing payments to our suppliers. He is also in charge of management reporting. Outside of work, Michael enjoys putting his chef hat on. He is partial to a good steak and ice cream. He also enjoys going to farmers markets on weekends and playing videogames when he has spare time.

Christine oversees the Finance Department for Red Pepper and The VMG Group. Joining us in 2021, Christine has taken responsibility of the organisation’s financial health and activities, including planning, implementing, managing, and running of all finance’s areas. Christine brings over 12+ years’ experience within finance, working for KPMG, Flight Centre and Fortune 250 company – Teletrac Navman (SAAS technology business) as their Finance Director across Asia Pacific.
